Mott MacDonald has been awarded 8th place in the
prestigious Sunday Times Best Big Companies to Work For Survey,
2010. It is the third consecutive year that the consultancy has
made it into the top 10From ranking in the top ten of The Sunday Times Best Big Companies survey for the third year running, to being named as NCE/ACE’s International Consultant of the Year in 2008 and 2009 and the Public Private Finance Award’s Best Technical Advisor in 2005, 2007, 2008 and 2009 – the awards we've received in recognition of our accomplishments cover many disciplines.
Mott MacDonald was also named Best Technical Advisor by the Infrastructure Journal Awards 2009, which celebrate excellence and innovation in infrastructure and project finance.
Among our prestigious wins is the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA) Occupational Health and Safety Gold Award. This accolade recognises the commitment made by a company to good health and safety management which results in reductions in ill health and accidents in the workplace.
ACQ Finance Magazine Global Awards presented us with the leading title – UK Specialist Consultant of the Year.
NCE – the UK’s leading civil engineering publication – named Mott MacDonald International Consultant of the Year in 2009. Our record for innovation was acknowledged by NCE when it declared us Best for Innovative Projects at the 2008 NCE Employer Review Awards.
We’re equally proud of our staff’s achievements. For example:
- Elizabeth Guilford, a hydrogeologist in our water and environment team in Cambridge, has been named Young Member of the Year 2009 by the Chartered Institution of Water and Environmental Management
- Don Moore, one of our directors, was honoured with China’s Friendship Award – the government’s supreme award for foreign experts – for his contribution to water resource management in the country
