Two of our London-based projects were successful at
the recent British Construction Industry Awards. Victoria Station
Upgrade scooped the BIM Project Application Award while Brighton
Goods Bridge No.6, Battersea won the Civil Engineering Project £3
million-£50 million categoryFrom being named global Best
Technical Advisor at the Partnership Award’s for the sixth time in
eight years, to an array of BREEAM Awards Mott MacDonald has
received for commitment to sustainability, to appearing in the
Sunday Times Best Big Companies survey for six years in a row – the
honours we win greatly reflect our professional excellence.At the 2012 ACE Engineering Excellence Awards Mott MacDonald won two of the three ‘Large Firm’ awards including the Infrastructure (Large Firm) Award for the Hindhead Improvement Project, UK and the Building Services (Large Firm) Award for the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama.
For the fourth consecutive year Mott MacDonald has received the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA) Occupational Health and Safety Gold Award. This accolade recognises the commitment made by a company to good health and safety management which results in reductions in ill health and accidents in the workplace.
Amongst our celebrated wins is the hat trick of 2011 British Expertise awards. Our work in Iraq won the Emerging Market Award. Delhi Metro Phase II was named Major Project of the Year – the event’s top award. And, our LATreatTM corrosion protection system received the award for Innovation.
In the UK the British Construction Industry awarded Anglian Water’s AMP4 Biosolids Programme the Best Practice category in recognition of the benefits realised from Mott MacDonald, Anglian Water and its contractor teams over several years.
