Our people
Our UK management consultancy team holds an annual
challenge weekend for new starters and those working away from
their base to meet up with colleagues and get to know each other
better At Mott MacDonald we owe our success to our staff of
over 13,000 as our continual achievements are fuelled by their
dedication, enthusiasm and ingenuity in a huge range of skills and
disciplines. Our people include engineers, scientists, environmentalists, planners, economists, cost consultants, project managers, safety and human factor experts, IT and telematics specialists, educationalists, healthcare advisors, management consultants and more.
Among our staff are professionals recognised as innovators or world authorities in their fields – attributes going right back to our roots. We’re often asked to take part in high level missions to developing countries where we’ve helped form national policies in various sectors as diverse as education planning and utility privatisation. We also play a part in advancing international best practice in fields ranging from environmental management to façade engineering.
Recognising that to work with the best we must be the best, we actively encourage professional excellence and knowledge management, which is why continuous learning and skills improvement are ingrained in our company culture.
Additionally, as part of our commitment to encourage practical corporate social responsibility, we support our staff in a wide range of humanitarian endeavours, including assisting aid organisations in the field.
