These tools are used to undertake structural assessment of Network Rail Owned Bridge assets.
The Level 0 Assessment suite of Tools contains 7 Tools:
- MA – Masonry arch
- UBM – Underbridge metallic
- OBM – Overbridge metallic
- FBM – Footbridge metallic
- UBC – Underbridge concrete
- FBC – Footbridge concrete
- OBC – Overbridge concrete

The Tools and authorisation to use the tools is to be obtained from Network Rail.
