Mott MacDonald has been placed 11th in the Sunday Times Top 20 Big

Survey. The company was compared with other major organisations
with over 5,000 employees across all market sectors - public,
financial, travel, retail and manufacturing - as well as its peers
in professional services.
The process, managed by independent researchers Best Companies, involved employees being asked for their views on working at Mott MacDonald. In addition, the company’s employment policies, procedures and critical performance statistics were evaluated to rate the company in terms of performance, opportunities and work-life balance.
