Chris Dulake, a Major Projects Portfolio Manager from our Fleet Place office in London, recently visited the Boston area. While there, he presented to the Boston Society of Civil Engineers (the Boston chapter of the American Society of Civil Engineers) on his involvement and experience with London's $20 billion Crossrail project.
Chris's talk focused on the challenges of working underground in a dense urban setting, and showed that effective planning can help minimize disruptions. His presentation was very well received by our clients and competitors in the audience.
Chris took time to give a similar presentation to our project office for the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority's Red Line/Orange Line project, including members of our client's staff. His presentation stressed the need for collaboration and a common data environment.
