Mott MacDonald has been awarded a place on two National Health Service (NHS) London Procurement Partnership (LPP) Buildings and Facilities Management Professional Services frameworks. Under the frameworks the consultancy will be able to tender for projects up to a value of £5 million.
LPP is a membership organisation, founded and funded by NHS organisations. It helps the NHS maximise investment in patient care and assists local trusts in delivering the highest quality services while adding lasting value.
Mott MacDonald has been named on six lots on the Advisory Services framework, which includes:
- BREEAM assessment
- Energy consulting
- Lighting consulting
- Specialist services for environmental impact condition monitoring and reporting
- Fire engineering
- Facilities management, building operations and asset management consultancy services
The consultancy has also been appointed as multi-disciplinary consultant on a Building Services framework. Through this, Mott MacDonald will offer cost advisory, project management, mechanical and electrical, civil and structural and construction, design and management services.

Both frameworks will run until 2018, with a review in 2016.
