With its Discovery Centre, University of the First Age and Imax cinema, Millennium Point is one of Birmingham’s new landmarks – we developed the Millennium Point Trust Company’s concepts into a working design for design-and-build contractor GCNMott MacDonald has been planning, designing, constructing and maintaining buildings for nearly a century and is committed to the quality and performance of the built environment. Our approach to buildings is that they should not be designed as structures in isolation but take into account the needs of the customer, users, surrounding urban environment and the community.

Our customers are equally varied, ranging from developers to local authorities, inward investors to contractors and regeneration agencies to multi-nationals.
