The Tichenal Extension Project involves the installation of approximately five mi of 12 in and 16 in natural gas pipelines located in Harrison County, West Virginia. In addition to the buried pipeline, a meter station with aboveground piping was installed at the southern end of the Project and a tie-in was installed at the northern end of the Project at ETC’s Jarvisville Lateral pipeline.
HMM was contracted to perform project management, engineering, pipeline route selection, drafting/mapping, survey, environmental/permitting, material specifications, construction bid packages, and construction management and inspection services. HMM completed the fast-track project with an aggressive schedule, performing expedited, high-quality services throughout its duration.
