Mott MacDonald ranked 8th in Sunday Times Top 20 Best Big Companies

Mott MacDonald has been placed 8th in the 2008 Top 20 Big Companies category of the Sunday Times Best Companies to Work For in the UK Survey. The company was compared with other major organisations with over 5000 employees across all market sectors – public, financial, travel, retail and manufacturing – as well as its peers in professional services. Mott MacDonald's 2008 ranking - up three places from its position last year – means it retains its position as the top consultancy of its kind in the 20 Best Big Companies listing.

The process, managed by independent researchers Best Companies, involved employees being asked for their views on working at Mott MacDonald. In addition, the company’s employment policies, procedures and critical performance statistics were evaluated to rate the company in terms of performance, opportunities and work-life balance.

Mott MacDonald is an employee-owned, management, engineering and development consultancy delivering solutions that enhance many areas of everyday life. It has offices in key locations both in the UK and around the globe. With plans for continued growth and an excellent programme of staff training, Mott MacDonald offers a wide range of exciting and interesting career opportunities to talented applicants across its core operations in building and infrastructure, health, education, transport, energy, communications, water and environment.
