Why did you decide to join Mott MacDonald?
I decided to join Mott MacDonald because the company is well known for working on prestigious projects around the globe. Mott MacDonald's international reach was also an opportunity to collaborate and work with people from other countries and backgrounds.
What is the best thing about your role?
I’m now currently account leader and water sector leader for Indonesia. The most interesting part of my role is developing the potential water business in Indonesia. I also work together with a small but enthusiastic team to build the business in the water sector.

I would describe Mott MacDonald's culture as supportive and collaborative.
How has your career progressed at Mott MacDonald?
I started my career in Mott MacDonald as a water supply engineer in December 2012. In 2014, I was awarded by the Mott MacDonald Charitable Trust scholarship to do my masters degree in Leeds, UK. After I graduated in 2015, I was promoted to water team lead in Indonesia. In January 2017 I was promoted to be the account leader for the water sector in Indonesia. Overall, I feel my career is progressing really well within Mott MacDonald.
How many years have you worked for Mott MacDonald, and what has been your proudest achievement to date?
I have been working for Mott MacDonald for four and a half years. My proudest achievement is being awarded a scholarship by the business to do my MSc in the UK graduating with a distinction.
What is your favourite pastime?
My favourite pastimes are playing squash and watching football.

Nicolas Tesla, Albert Einstein and Isaac Newton.
Where is your favourite place?
My favourite place is Verona in Italy.
