Water engineering jobs in Auckland and Wellington
We offer many roles within the water sector such as water resources engineer, process engineer, civil engineer, mechanical engineer, monitoring technician, technical manager and implementation manager. You could play a key role in projects such as large municipal wastewater treatment plants, commercial onsite treatment systems, community water treatment plants and industrial trade waste treatment systems.
Although your day to day duties will vary depending on the role, everyone is given the same chance to work alongside industry leading professionals on a range of exciting water projects. We look for people with all levels of experience, but who have the same tenacity, work ethic and passion to succeed with us.
Projects you could work on include the NZ$63 million expansion of the Rosedale wastewater treatment plant which is one of the many projects developed to cater for Auckland’s growing population growth on the North Shore.
As well as working on long term infrastructure projects, we need to be able to implement immediate fixes to keep populations safe. Projects such as Safeswim do just this – we use information from monitors at key points across the wastewater network, combined with real time data, to let people know where it’s safe to swim and when.
