Each year, Mott MacDonald selects students with relevant degree studies for our paid Summer Intern Programme.
If you are someone who wants to have your skills extended and your world expanded, then our Summer Intern Programme could be the perfect start to your career.
Our internships of 6 – 12 weeks are a great way to apply your learning in the real world, test your technical skills, and get a taste of what it’s like to be part of our global business.
They also offer a great insight into our Early Professionals Programme (Graduate Programme).
Our Summer Intern program is run across Australia and New Zealand. The program is designed to provide interns with exposure and experience to support their career direction. With training, workshops, coaching, mentoring, competition and networking, the program has something for everyone, regardless of discipline.
