Why did you decide to join Mott MacDonald?
At the end of my Renewable Energy MSc I had to search for an internship in a company to finalise my degree. I learned about Mott MacDonald from a lecturer who advised me to send my CV to the company. At that time the Mott MacDonald Renewable Energy team was involved in a very interesting project and required a fluent Spanish speaker with an engineering degree and renewable energy background. I was hired for the internship and five months later I received a full-time job offer in the company. I decided to accept the offer as the internship had given me the opportunity to identify the large number interesting projects that the company was involved in and the career development opportunities that the company offers.
