In the energy sector we lead the field in business case planning, business conceptualization, strategy, financial and demand modelling, facility design comprising basic engineering through process engineering skills, detailed engineering – comprising architectural, civil, structural, electrical, process, mechanical (PSREG/ FEG), piping, instrumentation and HVAC and project procurement, inspection services, construction supervision, project management and commissioning.


Job Description

Skills Required:

Project management: Demonstrated experience of implementing/ using project management processes, resource planning, scheduling, cost controls and budget monitoring, variance controls, implementing BMS processes; and ability to foresee problem and take proactive decisions/ actions.

Commercial management: Understanding of different types of contracts, assessment of contract risks, implementation of risk register and risk management plans, contractual documentation requirements such as EOTs, protection against LDs and scope changes and liabilities

Client engagement: Ability to engage with senior level officers of the clients, understanding client feedback and ability to convert into concrete actions for improvement, resolve commercial/ contract issues through effective client engagement

People engagement: Ability to engage with the staff, effective in communication, promoting PRIDE values, inspiring professional excellence, ability to build large teams at sites, promoting safety culture and ethical behaviour, staff development and implementing training needs, performance management, implementing mechanism for reward and recognitions, being accessible and visibile to staff.

Candidate Specification

Qualification: BE Civil, preferably with post-graduation and/ or certificate courses in project management, contracts management.

Experience: 15+ years in any infrastructure sector such as railways, metros, highways, ports, urban infrastructure or mega industries
