Job Description

Under general supervision, compiles data and processes invoices and bills by performing the following duties.

  • Billing Coordination: Compiling and processing information for invoicing to clients, to ensure that services are billed correctly and efficiently
  • AR Coordination: Collaborating with Project Managers and clients to maintain accounts receivable
  • Assist with project cost tracking
  • Performing monthly audits of project invoicing and time tracking
  • Other administrative and financially related duties as assigned ( Filing, project file organization etc.)

Candidate Specification

Required Skills
  • Bachelor's degree from four year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in accounting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Good Communication and Organizational skills
