Job Description

·



To compile a preparation plan to initiate a new project, form project documentation;

·



To define and identify WBS (Preliminary Design and Construction Attributes) for a range of works necessary to implement the project;

·



To evaluate and create a functional
Project duration of project works based on WBS created;

·



To prepare and monitor the schedule of the project progress;

·



To manage and supervise the project team and associated stakeholders;

·



To manage and finalize creation of technical specifications and contracts with providers and stakeholders (Designer, Client, Governmental entities) of the project;

·



To supervise, manage and monitor quality, risk, cost, schedule, content, communications, and documentation of the project;

·



To participate in forming reports on the progress of the project in accordance with project contract conditions;

·



To organize control of the target use of funds in accordance with the project budget;

·



To organize control of the internal and external commercial aspects of projects across a range of contractual arrangements. Regular update of the budget;

·



To prepare tender documentation, control and conduction of tenders, evaluate tenders and participate in pre-tender negotiations and clarification of any ambiguity in the documents with prospective vendors;

Candidate Specification

Candidate specification

• Degree educated in relevant construction industry discipline
• Experience in both evaluating and costing projects
• Experience in working within a pressurised environment and delivering to tight deadlines
• Thorough knowledge of contracts administration practices, procedures, different contract types, contract terms and provisions, business practices and commercial custom
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
