About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior BIM Coordinator to lead BIM development on a prestigious luxury buildings project in Abu Dhabi. This is a site-based role, ideal for someone passionate about digital construction and coordination excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead BIM coordination across disciplines (MEP, Architecture, Structures, etc.)
- Develop and execute BIM strategies and ensure compliance with ISO 19650, PAS 1192, BS1192
- Deliver projects using CDE platforms like BIM 360, ProjectWise, Aconex
- Conduct clash detection, 4D simulations, QA/QC reviews, and quantity verification
- Train and mentor team members in BIM tools and workflows
Candidate Specification:
- Bachelor’s in Engineering or equivalent
- Expertise in Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, Dynamo, AutoCAD
- Strong understanding of BIM standards and digital delivery
- Effective interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
