Background: Mott MacDonald is taking an active role in the coming NEC Asia-Pacific Users’ Group Conference to be hosted at the Sheraton Hotel, 20 Nathan Road, Kowloon in Hong Kong on November 25.
Hayman Choi, Mott MacDonald Divisional Director in charge of NEC in Hong Kong will chair a panel session to provide a forum for understanding how NEC3 facilitates effective dispute avoidance/resolution within the Hong Kong legislative framework. Our Procurement and NEC Specialist, Richard Patterson will be running a workshop on “Best practice in managing compensation events”, sharing some of Mott MacDonald’s experiences and achievements. He will be joined by Stuart Bromley, Managing Director - Hong Kong and Macau Unit of Mott MacDonald and Hayman.
