The International Development Services Division of Mott MacDonald is involved in more than 90 projects in over 40 countries in Central and Eastern Europe, Africa, Asia and the Middle East. Our area of work is project delivery in the international development arena, including projects focussing on transport and urban development,; Economic & Social Development; and Water, Environment & Climate Change. Our clients are international funding institutions such as the EU, World Bank, UK Department for International Development (DFID), Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) and the African and Asian Development Banks (AfDB and ADB).

Candidate Specification

Who we would like you to be:
  • You have a masters degree in a relevant field;
  • You have at least 10 years of experience in International Financial Institution (IFI) funded programs;
  • You have experience in roads, public transport including metro, BRT, and urban infrastructure.
  • You have experience in preparing EMP’s, IEE’s and EIA’s including environmental policy and regulations.
  • You bring strong report writing skills;
  • And off course, fluency in verbal and written English
