Job Description

Reporting to the Senior HR Advisor, the incumbent is to handle the full range of HR functions.

Your Next Challenge

  • Work closely with business on staff issues and serve as an advisor for managers and employees in matters pertaining to people issues
  • Provide general support to the team on administration, recruitment, compensation and benefit, learning and development
  • Participate in change projects and various human resources initiatives

Candidate Specification

What You’ll Need
  • Degree holder in HRM or related discipline
  • Around 4 years of work experience in handling payroll and recruitment
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment
  • Proactive and have a strong sense of accountability and a passion for continuous improvement
  • Knowledge on local employment-related laws
  • Good at MS Office; experience of using HRIS is preferable
  • Proficiency in English, ideally in Cantonese
Candidate with less experience will be considered for Human Resources Assistant.
