Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities
Administrator is responsible for providing overall administration
Job duties to be perform by the successful candidate;

• Planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
• Coordinate local and international travel, including visas if necessary and make Business arrangements
• Bookings for Accommodation, flights, vehicle requirements etc.
• Maintain Travel memberships
• Provides historical reference by developing and utilising filing and retrieval systems.
• File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
• Attending to guest and visitors.
• Project administration and assistance to senior management

Candidate Specification

Required Skills and Experience
The following items are required to be eligible for consideration:
• The successful candidate will have an administrative Diploma
• Competent in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite, i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
• Significant experience in an administrative role
• They will have proven experience in working with senior members
• They must have a sound understanding of dealing with people
• A strong communicator,
• A South African, Black candidate is strongly preferred
