Payroll Administrator (Accounts department)

Job Description

Your Next Challenge
  • Handle full spectrum of payroll function including processing of salaries, annual salary adjustment, OT, allowances process, payroll reconciliation, administering final salaries for leavers and etc.
  • Pension administration
  • Monthly tax filing for leavers, monthly new employee notification to IRD and annual tax filing
  • Handle queries on payroll related matters from staff/IRD
  • Maintain payroll system for reporting

Candidate Specification

What You'll Need
  • Diploma holder or above in Human Resource Management or Business Studies
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll is essential
  • Well-versed in the Employment Ordinance and related statutory regulations
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Meticulous with strong analytical skills
  • Numerical inclined with strong sense of commitment and urgency to meet reporting deadlines
  • Strong working knowledge in MS Excel
  • Immediate available a definite advantage
