Job Description

The main duties for you in the Business management system administrator role is to:

Be responsible for Railways divisional Information Management System (IMS) and Business Management System (BMS)
compliance with Mott MacDonald Group Systems and to coordinate with Railways Account and Unit IMS representatives.
Part of your responsibility is to coordinate IMS across the Railways division and to promote continuous improvement in the management of projects.

You will also attend meetings as necessary and provide assistance with management reports on IMS/BMS, dealing with issues and control in the local office instructions (LOIs).

An important part of this role is to liaise with staff on all IMS/BMS matters, providing training and support where necessary, guide staff on mandatory training
and lead and coordinate internal auditing and external auditing.
You will work towards appropriate ISO standards and be keen to continue learning and developing IMS expertise.
In addition, you will be responsible for raising to awareness of changes in the BMS system and STEP (internal system) across the division. This will include training and one-to-one support to project managers and directors as appropriate.

Candidate Specification

We are looking for an individual with the following experience and skills:

Previous experience of working with the ISO 9001, 14001 and 27001 standards that MML accreditation is based upon
Knowledge of management systems and good skills in communication, organisation, report writing and IT.
An auditing qualification such as Lead auditor is preferred but not essential.
Understanding of standards, assurance processes and the role of standards.

You will have some of the below:

Experience of working in a medium to large company under a Quality Management system compliant to ISO 9001
Attention to detail.
Experience of corporate document management systems.
Be able to apply procedures to organise works processes.
You need to be highly literate and numerate coupled with good communication skills both verbally and in written communications.
You should be able to demonstrate the ability to build strong relationships with team members at all levels and external auditors.
