Job Profile

Our growing Sydney Community and Stakeholder Engagement team is looking for a Communications and Engagement Graduate to support in delivering best practice communication and engagement activities for key NSW infrastructure projects.

Job Description

Due to increased business we are looking for a motivated, bright, people oriented graduate to join our team and begin their career in communications. Located in the Sydney CBD, the role will give you the ability to work with a variety of public sector clients and enable you to be mentored by experienced industry professionals.

Key duties of this new role will include:
• Organise and undertake community consultation and engagement activities including events
• Draft a range of communications material and reports
• Develop and implement communication strategies
• Undertake stakeholder and issues research
• Stakeholder database management

As part of our team you will have access to the Mott MacDonald ANZ Early Professionals Program. This is a three year program which provides graduates with experiences, learning and connections which helps build a fulfilling and vibrant career.

Candidate Specification

The successful applicant will have:
• Tertiary Qualifications in Communications, Planning, Social Sciences or equivalent
• Excellent communication, engagement and writing skills
• Strong problem solving, time management and organisation attributes
• Demonstrated leadership qualities
• Willingness to seek opportunities for learning and development

This is an exciting role for an enthusiastic and driven graduate to contribute to the success of a growing team with an increasing and diverse portfolio of work.
