Productivity Applications Delivery Specialist

Job Description

Scope of Position:

Work as part of a team to ensure the stable and efficient delivery of the services within the Productivity Applications Team, including but not limited to, the components of the Office 365 service.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Providing Level three & four development and support for the Productivity Applications Team, including but not limited to components of the Office 365 service.
2. Providing Level three & four development and support for other areas of the Productivity Applications Team, this includes other smaller productivity applications such as PDF-Xchange and Teamviewer.
3. To take ownership of selected applications within the Productivity Applications portfolio of products and move them though the service lifecycle.
4. Develop strategies, continual service improvements and service design documents to facilitate the improvement of Productivity Applications through the service lifecycle.
5. Ensure compliance with Mott MacDonald standards, policies, and regulations. To work effectively with the Change Manager to ensure change does not happen outside of the Change Control process.

Candidate Specification

Knowledge, Skills and Experience


• Minimum 5 years of experience of working in an IT Applications team.
• Understanding and experience of an IT Applications support model
• Broad knowledge of Productivity Applications including Office 365 components, including the:
• The Office 365 tenant
• SharePoint Online
• Exchange Online
• Office 365 Groups
• Microsoft Teams
• OneDrive for Business, including the sync client
• Office 365 Pro Plus
• Experience of IT service management processes.

• Minimum 2 years of experience of in an IT Applications team as part of a multinational organisation
• Experience in service ownership
• Basic Project Management skills
• Business Analysis skills
• Application development skills
• Other IT certifications
