Job Description

  • Administration support across the APD unit to all portfolios, Senior Leadership team and Administration Team Manager to include the following duties:
  • Arrange travel, visas and accommodation and manage the appropriate security and approval procedures across the APD Unit.
  • Releasing staff expenses and filing appropriately to include Archiving.
  • Liaising with Fleet Partnership Solutions to ensure driver compliance when checking and approving staff expenses.
  • Supporting the expense compliance administrator.
  • Ad hoc Project Invoicing.
  • Timesheet Administration.
  • Document production including formatting reports and CV’s using the Mott MacDonald templates.
  • Ad hoc duties as required to include filing, archiving, printing, binding and ordering IT equipment and stationary.
  • Supporting the Project Support Administrator and Team Administrator with Contract compliance and Mandatory Training Compliance
