About our Re:Connectors programme
The programme provides a paid placement for six months, starting October 2018. You will be placed in one of our highly skilled teams within our highways division where your expertise and experience will be valued and utilised.
We will support you through this transitional period. You will also have coaching from an external consultancy that specialise in people returning to work, internal mentoring and a comprehensive induction process. The Re:Connectors programme aims to offer you a permanent position at the end, although this is not guaranteed. A variety of flexible working patterns may be available depending on the role.
