Job Description

Main Purpose of the Job:

The regional HR team is recruiting for a HR Administrator to form an integral part of the team. This is a key role where the successful candidate will be entrusted with providing full administrative and practical support on the transactional activities detailed below in a professional and courteous way to all stakeholders in the Middle East South Asia region.

Key responsibilities/Duties:
  • Assisting with the on-boarding of new staff upon commencement of employment
  • Ownership and administration of the HR and Employee Benefit systems e.g. ERP system and Medical Insurance
  • Document and accurately record contractual and employee changes
  • Preparation of Employee documentation e.g. salary certificates, employment certificates, embassy letters, probation completion letters etc
  • Reference requests (internal and external)
  • Absence Management administration e.g. sickness reporting, sick leave reminders, collation and filing of sick certificates
  • Assistance with Leaver administration activities
  • Maintaining tracker spreadsheets updating as required e.g. PDR (Performance Development Review)
  • Providing other HR Assistance e.g. ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks to Unit HR Manager, Recruitment Manager, HR Advisors, Country General Managers and other stakeholder as appropriate
  • Assisting the Recruitment and HR Team in selected resourcing activities

Candidate Specification

Essential Candidate Requirements:
  • Educated to Degree level
  • Minimum of 5 years professional experience
  • Previous experience of operating in a Shared Services HR function
  • Operational experience of ERP and HR administration tools
  • Minimum of intermediate user ability on Microsoft office applications including Excel
  • Exceptional communication skills in both written and spoken English
  • Pro-active approach to work schedule with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
