We are looking to recruit a Lead Operational Delivery of the Alliance’s capital programme
Leadership and management of the Operations, Assurance, Commissioning & Aftercare functions in the Alliance in delivering the investment programme mandated by AWS.
Coordination and management of teams to outperform the affordability challenge, ensuring an optimum return for Alliance partners and AWS.
Implement a culture of zero accidents and incidents, continuous betterment & awareness in health and safety.
Implement the Alliance safety management system, delivering continuous improvement and health and safety performance.
Manage operational delivery team, delivering efficiencies and benefits in line with the AMP6 Delivery plan.
Implement a culture of collaboration, best practice & continuous improvement across all programmes, projects and partners; bring the best from partners and other industries where appropriate.
Ensure project & construction risk is effectively managed.
Develop and lead high performing integrated construction, assurance, commissioning and aftercare teams,with full engagement of programme teams and
Use assurance process & maintain excellence in all aspects of delivery
Manage the commissioning team and commissioning process to ensure effective solutions are handed over to the operating team.
