We will reduce our carbon footprint
In 2016, we produced an action plan to reduce our operational carbon emissions by 25% per employee by 2021. It covers greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions over which we have operational control: scope 1: direct GHG emissions from sources we own or control, such as gas boilers for heating; scope 2: indirect GHG emissions from the generation of purchased electricity; scope 3: other indirect GHG emissions, including business travel. Our impacts are expressed in tonnes of carbon dioxide equivalent (tCO2e) using published, regional emission factors.
