Among our projects across the country, we undertook due diligence and cost management services on projects in the 2014 Winter Olympics venue Sochi and on development of a number of shopping malls. We also provided funding advice on the renovation of St Petersburg’s prestigious Ramada Pushkin hotel. And one of our sustainability projects involved designing Russia’s first commercial building which was awarded a Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method (BREEAM) rating for environmental performance.
Recent experience includes water treatment, benchmarking of utilities for energy efficiency and environmental impact, technologies reviews, river water quality monitoring and assessment and support of municipal supply and waste water works.

The opening of the 38,000sq m Outlet Village in Belaya Dacha on the outskirts of Moscow showcases our innovative design role, which included structural, mechanical, electrical and building management systems. The village was constructed with the environment in mind, using materials with high insulation values to reduce whole-life energy consumption. The project was also designed and built to achieve BREEAM certification.
Following on from the successful launch of Phase 1, we were appointed in 2013 to prepare drawings for the next phase of the outlet village. We have also been appointed to design another larger Outlet Village and Big Box Retail centre in Moscow for the same client.
