  • Elizabeth Line, London, UK
    As part of our extensive involvement in the development and delivery of this major new railway across London, we led the integration of digital, operating and management systems, formulated new ways of working with the supply chain, and advised on staff training and processes, all so that the client could optimise its asset management, make the best use of digital information and provide a seamless service to its customers.
  • HM Naval Base Devonport, UK
    Together with joint venture partners, we helped transform Babcock’s portfolio, programme and project management (P3M) function, based at HM Naval Base Devonport, which is delivering 14 major projects in the nuclear sector. Using a five-pronged framework (people, organisation, process, information and technology) we created a world class project delivery organisation that integrates people, ways of working and technology to successfully deliver predictable outcomes.
  • John F Kennedy International Airport transformation, New York, USA
    In producing the masterplan for the redevelopment of this flagship airport, we helped the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey rethink its operating model for the airport, as well as its use of digital technology and its procurement and delivery approach, all with the aim of better serving the customer.
