We work closely with you from the outset to understand your project needs. This knowledge allows us to provide you with the appropriate range of skills available through our team of experienced health and safety professionals. We understand that we can have the greatest impact during the early phases of a project to influence options and behaviours and we proactively drive the safety performance and improvements you want and expect.
Our experienced and professional staff provide active support throughout the duration of a project, often collaborating with our safety and assurance experts to supplement their capabilities and provide practical and effective support.
We have a proactive approach to health and safety risk on projects, early intervention and consideration of behavioural factors are critical to our success.
Our team of professionals offer three distinct streams of service to our clients:
- Health and safety management – we provide health and safety experts for construction projects, supporting clients to achieve their aspirations for exceptional health and safety performance. We ensure health and safety management on projects by reviewing, monitoring, implementing changing and improving through the application of behaviour based safety techniques, whilst working with stakeholders to deliver successful safety outcomes.
- CDM coordinator – we strongly advocate early engagement to increase the effectiveness of project delivery, adding value at the early stages influencing key decisions before they are realised on the project. By proactively communicating with duty holders and other stakeholders, we can ensure legal compliance and assess competence.
- Health and safety training – we offer IOSH accredited courses for operatives, managers and directors as well as e-learning courses and distance learning to GNVQ/SVQ level. We also have experience of developing bespoke training courses matched to client needs.
Examples of how we’re adding value is demonstrated on these key projects:

Our specialist health and safety advisors and CDM coordinators are deployed to National Grid sites working on tunnelling, construction, and electricity transmissionprojects. Our team is also supporting the health and safety audit team and helping to position National Grid at the forefront of construction in the country.
