The new Supreme Court will be situated in the city centre of The Hague, on the site of the former French Embassy and Axa building which is to be demolished. Facilities will include offices and courtrooms with a floor area of 15.000m2 and an underground car park.
The project comprises design, construction, maintenance (hard FM) and facility management services (soft FM) for 30 years. Soft FM services include cleaning, catering, building security and reception.
The equity for the project is being provided by BAM PPP together with their joint venture partner PGGM, a pension fund. The Supreme Court project is PGGM’s first investment in an accommodation project. Project financing is provided by SMBC and BNG.
