Our role began with feasibility studies, followed by detailed design and construction supervision of twin bored tunnels on the 24km Purple Line and detailed design of the 20km Blue Line.
We provided leading edge skills in tunnelling, mechanical and electrical tunnel systems and tunnel ventilation to uphold the highest standards and deliver a fast-track programme.
We also provided preliminary design, detailed design and workshop drawings for the separation of the Red and Green metro lines at the 28th May Station in Baku.
Developing the construction programme to minimise negative impact on the operational metro service was one of the primary project challenges.
