Mott MacDonald has won the Global Technical Advisor of the Year Award at the Infrastructure Journal (IJ) Awards for the fifth time in six years.
We helped to bring projects to close in every infrastructure sector during 2013, including transport, energy, water, environment, health and education. We supported investors, financiers, developers, constructors, operators, insurers and public sector bodies through a range of procurement routes – direct investment, public private partnerships (PPP), private finance initiatives (PFI) and asset transfers.
These projects involved a diverse range of staff, including engineers in all disciplines, transaction advisers, economists, risk managers, market researchers, cost consultants, project managers, environmentalists, planners and safety experts.
The judges said: “Mott MacDonald beat out the competition due to the sheer variety and complexity of its work in 2013, helping lenders and developers bring some of the most important projects of the year to life. In the transportation sector alone the company advised on more than 80 projects worldwide, as its mandates stretched out across every region of the world.”
