Located in Shanghai's financial centre by the Huang Pu River the 50,000m2 plaza will serve as the headquarters of Hong Hai Technology Group, known as Foxconn. It will comprise 21 stories and four annex levels and a 32,000m2 basement made up of four floors. Parking spaces will be for 500 vehicles.
The Shanghai Foxconn Plaza is targeting both LEED platinum medal and national two-star green building certificates. The design includes sustainable features such as a double curtain wall façade, rainwater harvesting, LED lighting, solar panels and geothermal heat exchange.
Construction of the Shanghai Foxconn Plaza is due to be completed by the end of 2017.
