- Paul Burrell – Structural engineering: Principal with 40 years’ experience of structural engineering. Experienced in the commercial, retail, residential, educational and civil engineering sectors and has completed numerous expert witness commissions. Member of the Academy of Experts.
- Dr Paul Lambert – Corrosion engineering: Technical director, chartered engineer and NACE certificated corrosion specialist with over 30 years’ experience of corrosion protection, deterioration assessment and rehabilitation for reinforced concrete and steelwork structures.
