With over 1,000 employees based in eleven countries (China, Mongolia, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Japan, Macau, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia) our offices range from the well-established 500 strong business in Hong Kong; to our team in Singapore, which recently celebrated its 40th anniversary; to our much newer office in Mongolia with just four colleagues. What gives us our competitive edge is our ability to work collaboratively and draw on our global experience, but we believe that having local offices helps us work effectively with our clients.
Mott MacDonald are working on major projects across the Asia-Pacific region: in Singapore we are heavily involved in mass rapid transit development and played a key role on Stage 2 of the Singapore Circle Line; in Taiwan we worked on two of the country’s biggest infrastructure schemes, including a 345km national high-speed rail link; we are acting as independent engineer for the Huaybong installation in Thailand’s Korat Province, successfully supported the financial close on South East Asia’s largest wind farm and we are busy rehabilitating watercourses in Nanning (south west China) which is funded by the Asia Development Bank.
Our teams include engineers, environmentalists, project managers, IT specialists, planners, designers, cost consultants, HR professionals, accountants, and many other roles. As we maintain our presence in established markets, we are diversifying into others. We are therefore always on the lookout for ambitious individuals that want to join us, deliver exciting projects, and grow our business.
Our people are the key to our success in the Asia Pacific region, and at Mott MacDonald we are determined to offer them rewarding careers to ensure our work here continues to flourish.
