As the country’s first underground railway, we’ve been at the forefront of this major development. We’re proud to be leading the way in building consultancy in Auckland. Due to our expertise in building sciences, building facades, building services, and structures, you could work on exciting, large scale projects.
Auckland continues to become a globally competitive city that demands premium quality – we continue to meet this need through structural, mechanical, electrical, hydraulics and façade engineering. For example, we’re helping to transform the face of Auckland’s skyline through Seascape; a residential tower, spanning a height of 187m. Seascape will be the tallest residential tower in New Zealand. This building will embody luxury, comprising of apartments, a health club and retail and office space.
Within our civil engineering teams, you’ll find great progression pathways as you’ll have the chance to work on both boutique and large scale local and international projects.
Water engineering jobs in Auckland and Wellington
We offer many roles within the water sector such as water resources engineer, process engineer, civil engineer, mechanical engineer, monitoring technician, technical manager and implementation manager. You could play a key role in projects such as large municipal wastewater treatment plants, commercial onsite treatment systems, community water treatment plants and industrial trade waste treatment systems.
Although your day to day duties will vary depending on the role, everyone is given the same chance to work alongside industry leading professionals on a range of exciting water projects. We look for people with all levels of experience, but who have the same tenacity, work ethic and passion to succeed with us.
Projects you could work on include the NZ$63 million expansion of the Rosedale wastewater treatment plant which is one of the many projects developed to cater for Auckland’s growing population growth on the North Shore.
As well as working on long term infrastructure projects, we need to be able to implement immediate fixes to keep populations safe. Projects such as Safeswim do just this – we use information from monitors at key points across the wastewater network, combined with real time data, to let people know where it’s safe to swim and when.
