I love managing people and developing innovative methods, testing designs and encouraging human-centred design approaches at the heart of everything we do.

What were you expecting when you joined Mott MacDonald?
I thought I would be here a couple of years, nine years on, still love my job!
What has surprised you since starting with Mott MacDonald?
The number of opportunities and the talent management over the years to help me achieve a leadership position.
What is your favourite past time?
I love going for scenic walks on the weekends, getting into nature and looking up at the sky through the canopy of trees.
Have you been involved in any charities or done any voluntary work?
Occasionally I volunteer to help women who have experienced domestic violence and abuse which really is quite rewarding and humbling.
How do you feel your career has progressed while working at Mott MacDonald?
I have been very fortunate to progress into a team leadership role and grateful for the mentoring received from senior executives.
How many years have you worked at Mott MacDonald, and what has been your proudest achievement to date?
I have worked here nine years, and I am most proud of the Sydney metro station design works and the team I worked with. The project was award winning and internationally recognised.
