How has your career progressed at Mott MacDonald?
My career has progressed over the course of 17 years, starting with a summer placement prior to my last year at university, and then joining as a graduate engineer, and now as associate. Mott MacDonald has supported me through all stages of my development and continues to do so.
How many years have you worked for Mott MacDonald, and what has been your proudest achievement to date?
I have worked for Mott MacDonald for 16 years (plus one year for my summer placement). My proudest achievement to date is the delivery of over 40 secondary schools providing excellent teaching facilities for thousands of pupils.
What makes Mott MacDonald stand out from other companies?
The wide range of knowledge and disciplines within the group; someone is always on hand to provide advice in solving a problem.
What is your favourite pastime?
Playing football, I am also the registration secretary and a committee member of the local open age football league.
Where is your favourite place?
Dordogne, France – it has great people, food, wine, climate and scenery all combined.

I'm inspired by understanding our clients' business and drivers so that we can use our knowledge and expertise to provide optimum solutions for them.
