I joined Mott MacDonald as it's a family tradition to follow in your father’s footsteps and so Mott MacDonald was always my goal.
What is the best thing about your role?
It gives me broad exposure on global projects, providing engaging challenges both technically as well as culturally.

What has been your most memorable project?
My most memorable project was working to set up an automotive paint manufacturing facility.
How many years have you worked for Mott MacDonald, and what has been your proudest achievement to date?
I have worked with Mott MacDonald for nearly 15 years. My proudest achievement is my contribution to winning work overseas based on past experience and having successfully worked in a team to deliver it.
What project will be one you tell your kids about?
Working overseas in Indonesia, learning about new culture, people and ways of life.
How have you been supported during your career development?
My peers have always supported me during my weak moments and overcome mental blocks.
What project(s) are you currently working on?
I am currently working on an USD 350 million green field Fatty Acid and Alcohol complex which is an exciting project to work on.

I love the family get-togethers on festivals.

My wife, to the end of the world, wherever that is.
