Iselin, NJ — Mary Cay O’Malley, PE, PS, has joined Mott MacDonald as a Senior Vice President and Project Delivery Leader. She is based in Mott MacDonald’s Cleveland office.
O’Malley has 28 years of experience in managing and supporting large, complex transportation projects. As Project Delivery Leader, she will support some of Mott MacDonald’s largest transportation projects, with an initial focus on design-build projects.

Mary Cay will make an important contribution to our already strong relationships with clients.”
O’Malley has spent much of her career focusing on projects using a design-build delivery method for highway and light rail projects. She has managed and contributed to many significant projects including Seattle’s East Link light rail extension, Denver’s T-REX highway and light rail expansion project, and The New I-64 in St. Louis, the Missouri Department of Transportation’s first design-build project.
O’Malley holds a master’s degree in transportation engineering and bachelor’s degrees in civil engineering and in surveying from The Ohio State University. She is a registered professional engineer in seven states and is a registered professional surveyor.
