Philippe Rapin has been appointed to the Executive Committee of the National Council for Public-Private Partnerships, a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization founded in 1985 and based in Washington, DC.
The mission of the National Council is to advocate and facilitate the formation of public-private partnerships at the federal, state, and local levels and to raise awareness among governments and businesses of how the P3 approach can cost-effectively provide the public with quality goods, services, and facilities.
Philippe will focus on the education mission of NCPPP, particularly the P3Bootcamp training course that was launched in late 2015. It creates the local/state engagement that is critical to growing the marketplace and is the foundation of a broader educational mission.
Please reach out to Philippe if you believe our NASA clients can benefit from the support of the National Council and Mott MacDonald to help them understand how P3 can enable the effective delivery of capital projects.
