On May 19, Patrick Natale, Vice President–Business Strategies, received an Alumni Achievement Award from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. The award was presented during NJIT's Alumni Weekend.
According to NJIT, "Mr. Natale has extensive experience forming strategic alliances with engineers, professional associations, project stakeholders, and regulatory agency representatives, as well as community leaders, to promote governmental and public understanding and support for engineering projects to improve the nation's infrastructure."
NJIT noted Pat's 12 years as Executive Director of the American Society of Civil Engineers, his role in directing the preparation of three Report Cards for America's Infrastructure, and his contribution as principal investigator on a National Science Foundation–funded project to increase the number of women in the engineering profession.
