Jean Toler, CF APMP, has been honored by the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) as a 2018 International 40 Under 40 Award recipient. The program recognizes young professionals who have already made a noticeable impression on their companies and the overall profession.
The 2018 class features professionals in the global bid and proposal industry who are winning big, revamping processes, facilitating teamwork, and giving back to their communities. Jean has accomplished all of this and more in our West Unit. She is intelligent, driven, and has infectious energy, which explains her passion for improving performance through pre-positioning and focused capture planning.
Active in her local California chapter and on the APMP Electronic Proposal Task Force, Jean has given more than 50 presentations, webinars, and brown-bag trainings on a variety of capture planning and proposal management topics. She has also supported diversity goals on infrastructure projects by developing workshops, curriculum, and resource guides for small/disadvantaged businesses on a number of these topics.
