Transport
Our local team provides multisector technical advisory services for road, rail, port, aviation, and urban transport projects in France and francophone markets. Drawing on our 100-year track record and heritage in the transport sector, we can provide strategic advisory and risk assessment services for any form of transport infrastructure. Power
The Paris power team provides due diligence, construction and operation monitoring, energy yield assessment and, more generally, technical advisory or owner’s engineering services in on- and offshore wind, solar and marine renewable energy fields. The geographical remit encompasses France, Morocco as well as other French speaking countries in Africa. In addition, the local team provides ad hoc support in other fields (biomass, transmission, and distribution and thermal) to our global power business for such projects in France and francophone Africa.

Technical advisory and due diligence
We've been involved in the very first pilot projects of P3 developments in France. Over the years, we have contributed to more than 60 P3 projects in France, Europe, and Africa in sectors such as education, sport, justice, culture, power and transport. As a result, we have thorough knowledge of P3 mechanisms to help our clients reduce risks and make informed investment decisions.
We support clients from the public sector and private market during all project phases. In our role as technical advisor, our team assesses all potential technical risks on behalf of lenders and investors by carefully analyzing the technical bid. We also accompany the contracting authority during the whole life cycle of the project.

Sports and culture
We have extensive experience in advising on sports and cultural infrastructure, liaising with clients from the public and private sectors as well as sponsors and lenders. We have a global vision of the interests of all stakeholders and draw lessons from projects that are already operational.
