We help governments and regions to design health systems that will deliver in line with policy direction and strategic priorities. This includes organizational structuring, institutional strengthening, defining roles and accountabilities, governance, performance management, and due diligence.
Policies for delivery
We support clients around the world to design preventative, public health, and healthcare policy and direction to meet their growing healthcare challenges. Through international government agencies, we have helped developing countries to design programs for communicable and noncommunicable diseases, including HIV. We can provide policy review support to governments and regions, and assess how current policy fits with the healthcare needs of the people.
P3 models
We have significant experience in helping governments set up P3 financing models. We and are the world’s largest provider of P3 services, having completed over 300 projects.
