Job Description

As part of the ANZ HR team, you will support our growing Australian operations. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional HR advisory services to our teams in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. At the same time you will contribute into and support the implementation of exciting new initiatives.

With support and guidance from our Senior HR Advisor, areas for ownership include:
  • HR advisory support to all levels
  • Coaching and guiding line managers on individual and team performance
  • Implementing and supporting strategic growth initiatives
  • Contributing as a key member of a dynamic HR services team
The core HR team is Adelaide-based with team members also in Sydney and London who support our ANZ business, so previous experience working with remote teams and autonomously will be highly regarded.

Candidate Specification

We want to hear from you if you have:
  • Outstanding people skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation both in person and in writing
  • Proactive problem-solving skills, enjoy a challenge and take pride in delivering a quality service to your clients
  • The ability to work autonomously in a growth environment
  • A good eye for detail, as well as closing out tasks and projects with focus
  • Knowledge and experience in industrial relations legislation and practice
  • Three years+ experience in a consultancy or professional services environment as an HR Advisor or HR Coordinator
  • Degree qualified in Human Resources or related experience
